TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Weddings
All consultations for weddings are free of charge. An estimate of charges will be produced no more than 2 business days after the consultation. If you choose to hire Country Belle Designs, a contract will be sent and a deposit of 50% of the total bill will be due at that time. This deposit is non-refundable. As with any planning, things change and I am happy to accommodate any changes you may have, however any major changes cannot be made within the last 30 days before the day of your wedding. Delivery and set up of the arrangements can be arranged, however a small additional fee may incur depending on the location and amount of arrangements that need to be transported. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the pickup or delivery time.
Product Orders I Shipping & Returns
All orders are custom made at the time the order is placed. Because I hand paint and design each product on my own, exact replicas of a product are not guaranteed. Shipping of orders will be within 15 business days of the order and a tracking number will be given when the order has been shipped. If the package is damaged when it is received, please take a photo of the box prior to opening and another if the product is damaged inside the box as well. Any damages upon arrival of the order will be corrected and made right by Country Belle Designs, LLC. This includes any errors with an order as well. Since all orders are custom created, all sales are final and cannot be returned.
Privacy & Safety
Country Belle Designs, LLC values the privacy and safety of all its client's information. Country Belle Designs will never sell or misuse your personal information or data. If a breach of data occurs, Country Belle Designs will notify any clients whose data may have been compromised immediately upon our knowledge.
